G Money is an autonomous Google Ads management service for businesses. This policy
explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- Business profile — details read from your public website (services, locations,
about) used to build your campaigns.
- Google Ads data — when you connect your Google Ads account, we access campaign,
keyword, and performance data with your authorization to manage and optimize it.
- Leads — contact details (name, phone, email, message) that prospects submit
through your ads/landing pages, so we can deliver them to you and measure results.
- Billing — your email and subscription status. Card payments are processed by
Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Usage — basic app/diagnostic data to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
To build, launch, and continuously optimize your advertising; to score and deliver your
leads; to report return on ad spend; and to operate billing and support. We do not sell
your data.
Service providers we share with
- Google Ads — to manage your campaigns.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI used to build campaigns and score leads/calls.
- Stripe — subscription billing.
- Twilio / SendGrid — to deliver your leads by text/call/email (when enabled).
- Cloud hosting — to run the service.
Each processes data only to provide its function to us.
Retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the
service, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards including
encryption in transit.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google Ads, close your account, or request deletion of your
account and data at any time by contacting us.
Children
G Money is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
